Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure — migration, licence right-sizing, SharePoint and Teams structure, and the security configuration Microsoft ships turned off by default.
Cloud Solutions
Moving mailboxes and files is the easy part, and it is where many migrations stop. What gets missed is everything around it: licences nobody needed, a SharePoint structure that mirrors the mess of the old file server, Teams sprawl with no ownership, and security settings sitting at their permissive defaults because enabling them was never anyone's job.
We treat the configuration as the actual work. The migration is a scheduled event; the value is in what the environment looks like afterwards — right-sized licences, a file structure people can navigate, and security controls that are switched on.
That last point matters more than most businesses realise. Microsoft 365 ships with a number of important protections disabled by default, including several that directly prevent business email compromise. A migration that does not address them delivers the same risk posture in a new location.
What's included
No asterisks, no "available as an add-on" surprises after signature. If it is on this list, it is in the price.
Mailboxes, files, permissions and shared resources moved on a scheduled cutover designed around your working week, not ours.
An audit of what you are paying for versus what is actually used — most businesses are over-licensed and unaware of it.
A file architecture designed for how your teams work, rather than a copy of the old server's accumulated folder sprawl.
Channels, ownership, guest access and governance set up deliberately, so Teams does not become a second unmanaged file store.
MFA enforcement, legacy authentication disabled, external forwarding restricted, audit logging enabled, conditional access configured.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly so your domain cannot be trivially spoofed in phishing attacks against your own customers.
Third-party backup of cloud data. Microsoft protects its infrastructure, not your data from deletion — a distinction many businesses discover late.
Short, practical sessions so the new environment is used properly rather than worked around.
Why it matters
Every engagement starts with an assessment you keep whether or not you hire us. It is a documented audit, not a sales exercise.
Current environment, licence inventory, data volumes, permissions and security posture documented before anything moves.
Target structure agreed — SharePoint architecture, Teams governance, licence allocation and the security baseline to be applied.
Scheduled cutover with staged validation. Data verified after transfer rather than assumed, with rollback planned in advance.
Security settings applied, backup configured, staff trained, and a post-migration review at 30 days to catch what surfaced in real use.
Where we deliver it
Same engineers, same monitoring stack, same escalation path in every city we serve.
questions
For most small and mid-sized businesses, two to six weeks from audit to completed cutover, depending on data volume, mailbox count and how much restructuring is involved. The cutover itself is typically scheduled over a weekend so staff return to a working environment on Monday.

Yes, and this is one of the most consequential misunderstandings in cloud. Microsoft protects its own infrastructure — it does not protect your data from accidental deletion, malicious deletion by a departing employee, or ransomware encrypting synced files. Retention periods are limited and are not a backup. We deploy third-party backup for Microsoft 365 as standard.
Several that matter significantly — multi-factor authentication is not enforced by default on many plans, legacy authentication protocols that bypass MFA often remain enabled, external mail forwarding is permitted, and unified audit logging may be off. Each is a documented route to business email compromise, and each is closed during our hardening step.
Frequently, yes. Licence audits commonly find accounts for departed staff still active, users on higher tiers than their role requires, and duplicate subscriptions for tools already included in an existing plan. The audit is part of the migration rather than a separate exercise.and consistent security standards at every location.
Yes. Migrations from Google Workspace, hosted Exchange and other cloud platforms are all within scope, as are consolidations where a business has ended up with several tenants after an acquisition.
